The first in June is sold by Leo and Karin, RHF's Real Estate couple for the Var - you can safely say they're on a roll! Karin and I worked hard on the original aquarelle for the new owners: They will receive it this week at completion, in the office of the notaire as a present - we do this for all our clients - instead of a bottle of champagne or some flowers.
