I agree. Food stamps are for people who can’t afford food; let alone an expensive trip to the french riviera! Jeeze, I don’t even get food stamps and no time likely will I be going to the Riviera. Mexico, for our honeymoon though next year but besides the point, you are wrong for even asking! You should tell them you don’t want food stamps anymore; and let government give the extra money to someone who actually needs it!!!! I bet you’re the type of person who would take money from a homeless person’s cup!

Take the “little train” for an hours tour of the town… Once you have done that you can decide what you would prefer to do for the rest of the day.
There are plenty of nice beaches, and lots of things to see…
The local tourist office sets up for those arriving on a cruise ship, so they can give you plenty of information.
You could visit the Citadel Museum (closed on sunday mornings, so you would have to go in the afternoon since the 27th is a sunday).
Also you could go to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat which is a lovely little town very close by… again with nice beaches…
And definitely enjoy some french cuisine while you are there!!!

By? mo?e spojrze? na zdj?cia dziadków / pra-dziadkowie i mo?na rozpozna? swój rodowód lepiej. Moja rodzina zawsze my?l moja siostra wygl?da?a bardziej jak moja mama, dopóki mam zdj?cie mojego pra-babcia z mojego ojca stronie. Byli?my bardzo zaskoczeni, moja siostra wygl?da?a tak jak ona.

Waarschijnlijk is het Zuid-Franse features - Je hebt de undereye kringen Italianen en Zuid-Franse gewoonlijk. Ik had geraden Frans, je doet me denken aan de voormalige algemeen directeur van een radiostation waar ik werkte:)

No, the trains between Monaco and Cannes stop at about midnight, and restart about 05:00 (precise times depending on where you’re travelling from & to). The extension to St. Tropez is a different line/service, via St. Raphael, but probably operates approximately the same times.

Hi from the French Riviera !

Honeymooning in the Riviera is a good idea. Villefranche-sur-Mer and the Cap-Ferrat are fantastic spots for that kind of vacation. Indeed those places are not overcrowded and very nice. From those places you can reach easily Èze village (a village built at 400 meters high above the sea). And don’t miss the 3 scenic roads between Nice and Menton, you’ll be breathless for sure (Basse, Moyenne and Grande Corniche in French).

I live in Nice and I often go there to relax. Walking on the Cap-Ferrat seaside is amazing.

Definitely go to Nice and Cannes, they’re beautiful. If you have a chance, visit Tours! It’s such a quaint little city. The French Riviera is beautiful in most places; like everywhere you go, there are rough patches. And yes, it’s worth it, even if it’s only for half a day!

Why the Riviera? Cruise?
Suggest Buy a U-rail Pass for the length of time you will stay in Europe.

You can ride any train, any time, as many times, to where ever in Western Europe!

Stay in Youth hostels! Rent a bicycle at the train station, you can take it on the train! Best hassle free transportation at a extremely LOW cost!

If possible, ALWAYS eat in the country side! Food taste better where the locals go!

Have you seen a play or ballet in London or Stuttgart Germany? Have you been in the Vatican City in Rome? I bet you would not consider LEGO LAND in Denmark?

No questions asked - you must eat in a Three Star Michelin Guide Restaurant! We do not have its equal in America! Don’t even try to question it!

You might want to see Dachau in Germany or Budapest! The Old city of Heidelberg, in Germany.

Why not go on the Internet, and do your homework? I spent nearly 40 years and there is just too much to see and do!

Consider visiting REAL castles!

I can’t recommend any places in particular but I would recommend for you to rent a car and discover all those places on your own. Don’t hesitate to stop in every little place between two major points. That’s where you’ll see a lot of the neat stuff, free of all the tourist (plus you’re going in May so it’s right before tourist season).
