Argeles

RHF International’s James Edgecombe from the Pyrénées Orientales has done another great deal - in fact he sold his second beach house in Argeles! On the painting from the Marina Artists’ team that he gave away to the new owners you can clearly see that this is a true beach house with a splendid view on the beach! I am told that there are numerous little rocky creeks for scuba diving and that in Argeles windsurfing and surfing are better than anywhere else : the wind - the Tramontane - makes it really challenging! And if you’re not into water sports - a brisk walk along the wide sandy beach is another possibility: there’s 7 kilometres of it! For those of you who are not into any sports, you’ll have to make do with sitting in the sun on one of the many terraces, sipping a nice strong espresso or a rosé - or another drink. Interested in the area? Contact James, through the RHF site

Cap d’Antibes II

Over 2000 years ago the the site of Antibes was called “the jewel of the Côte d’Azur”. And still Antibes and Cap d’Antibes are magical places to walk, shop, sunbathe, eat and drink - and that could be great for a holiday, but imagine that you actually lived there and had all that every day of the year… Well, you can! Riviera Home Finder’s Chris Davenport just sold another house with a view in Cap d’Antibes - of which the Marina artist’s team made a picture - and he has many more in stock! Just go to our website and have a look at the fabulous properties we have for sale…

Sault

Our dear colleague Philippe just sold his first property, a lovely house in the village of Sault.

The watercolour painting that he gave away at the notary’s office, as RHF agents always do, was also a first, for a new painter in the Marina’s Artist’s team: Cathie. As you can see she’s very talented and I’m sure the new owners as well as the former owners will be delighted!Sault is a small village in the Vaucluse (Provence) with a population of just over a thousand people… It is one of the major stages of the “Road of the Lavender” (a discovery track organized around distilleries, fields of lavender and activities related to lavender).
